Training: Agency CLETS Coordinator Training (ACC) [0900-1200]

This newly updated training is designed to familiarize attendees with the role and responsibilities of an ACC.  This class will review DOJ, CJIS and FBI forms, provide an overview of CLETS training requirements, introduce attendees to the CA law Enforcement Web (CLEW) and additional resources.

Training: CLETS AUDITS [1300-1700]

The CLETS Audit Training is designed to assist Agency CLETS Coordinators (ACCs) understand the CLETS Audit. This training will provide an overview of the CLETS audit, CLETS audit process, documentation, forms, and on-site inspection.

If your agency’s 2025 membership hasn’t been submitted yet, please do so online here. Membership cost is an annual payment that covers your entire agency and entitles all agency employees to discounts at chapter trainings and annual seminar.

Attend a chapter meeting FREE: If you recruit another agency to join CCUG that hasn’t been a member you can attend a chapter meeting FREE (as long as we’ve received a paid membership from the “new” agency prior to the start of that chapter meeting).

Bring a co-worker: If your agency is a member of CCUG and more than one person from your agency is attending a chapter training meeting, the meeting fee will be $35 for the first person and $25 for each additional person from the same agency (attending the same chapter training meeting).
